Here are a few pictures I took of him yesterday when he was home sick. You can tell he doesn't feel so well.
8 Months!
What are you up to these days, Baylor?!
-You are constantly up on your knees rocking. You will attempt to put a arm out and move a leg,but you end up falling. You will have the crawling thing down very soon.
-You got your first tooth yesterday (8 months to the day). We're pretty sure your gonna cut the one next to it very soon.
-You love all your food so far beside green beans.
-You tried grits when we were at the beach for the 4th. You weren't impressed. I don't think I would be either. They were plain.
-You weighed 19lb 7oz at your Doctor Appt on Monday. You have a viral infection, but thankfully your starting to feel better.
-You also started sitting on your own yesterday. You start in your crawling/knee position then turn yourself over. Big Boy!
-We (Daddy) lowered your bed for the first time this past Sunday.
-Since your 7 month update you've cut back on a bottle. You take 3 a day now.
-You love drinking out of an open-faced cup ever since you tried it at the beach over the 4th of July.
-You still sleep from 6-7pm (usually 6) til right before 7 in the morning. You take 2-3 naps a day. At daycare Mimi says you sleep 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. At home you seem to take shorter naps. 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour nap after lunch, then a cat nap (30 mins) before Daddy gets home.
-You are saying "Maaaaama" more. We are pretty sure you've been trying it for a while and now it's more clear. It's usually when your mad or crying that you call for me.
-When you get upset sometimes you make the funniest noise... I call it a "growl" to let us know your not happy.
-You are OBSESSED with my phone and you actually called Daddy(and someone else) the other day while playing with it.
-You are no longer sitting in your tub to take baths. Right now we lay a towel down in the tub and have you sit on it so you don't slip. We need to make a trip to target to get a blow up Duck or another blow up tub for you ASAP.

Can't believe he is 8 months! He is so precious! We got a slip mat at Walgreens for the tub and now Hudson can even walk in the tub without slipping. Works great!!!
